Congratulations MSCA’s Maryland School Counselor of the Year, Brian Stewart (Catonsville High School, Baltimore County), MSCA’s Elementary School Counselor of the Year for Maryland, Lori Counsell (Mays Chapel Elementary School, Baltimore County), and MSCA’s Middle School Counselor of the Year for Maryland, Rebecca Krauss (Thurmont Middle School, Frederick County).
