BIO: Justine is a School Counselor at William A. Diggs Elementary School in Charles County, Maryland. She received her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Penn State University in 2005 and subsequently received her Master of Arts in Counseling from West Virginia University in 2008. Throughout her time living in State College, Pennsylvania, she was a volunteer at the Community Help Centre, which was a 24-hour hotline and drop in center which helped to coordinate human services throughout the county. Simultaneously, she was working at a preschool with very young children. She notes both of these experiences as providing her direction in her decision to move forward with school counseling, which happened to merge her love of helping others, and working with children.
