Biography: 
Demarcus Crawford is entering his third year as a professional school counselor and currently serves as a middle school counselor in Howard County Public Schools. He earned his Master’s in School Counseling from North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University (Aggie Pride!) and his B.S. in Psychology from Stevenson University. Demarcus is passionate about helping students succeed academically, socially, and emotionally while ensuring they have the support and opportunities they need to reach their goals. He is honored to serve on the Maryland School Counselor Association Executive Board as Webmaster and is committed to strengthening communication, increasing member engagement, and supporting school counselors across Maryland. Outside of work, Demarcus enjoys traveling, trying new experiences, playing volleyball, and spending time with family and friends

• Overview: Led by the Website Manager, the Webmaster Committee maintains and enhances MSCA’s official digital platform.

• What It Accomplishes: Keeps the association’s website up-to-date with essential resources, event registration pages, announcements, and job postings while ensuring user-friendly navigation and accessibility for members and the public.
